DIGITAL SUBMISSIONS

  • Make all your entries through the club’s website. You will find the Internal comp form in the ‘Members Only’ section.

  • Only upload images for your digital entries - NOT for prints.

  • Make sure your filenames are in the following format:
title underscore member number underscore section entered
eg Forth Bridges at Sunset _84_D2.jpg

  • In the entry form, use exactly the same title (but that is all, don’t add the _84_D2)
(WE HAVE to match up each image with its corresponding spreadsheet entry)

  • Digital files should be in .jpg format and no more than 2 megabytes in size.

  • Digital images must be no more than 1600 pixels wide and no more than 1200 high.

  • Print images may be any size but the mount always has to be 400mm x 500mm

  • A label on the back of print mounts should identify our club, the image title, your membership number and the section/divisionentered. NOT YOUR NAME.

    e.g.
    Kirkcaldy Photographic Society
    Forth Bridges at Sunset
    by 84
    Colour Print Division 2

  • Affix labels to mounts in the top-left corner (never in the centre) – that indicates to the judge in what orientation it should be viewed.
